Zoe Anderson practises in commercial law and public law. Prior to joining the Bar, Zoe was associate to the Honourable Justice Connock of the Supreme Court of Victoria. She was also a Trial Division Researcher at the Supreme Court of Victoria and a solicitor at Herbert Smith Freehills.
Chris Fitzgerald practises in commercial law, public law, regulatory investigations and competition law. Prior to joining the Bar, Chris was an associate at Allens working in commercial litigation and regulatory investigations. He previously worked in the commercial litigation team at Clayton Utz, before working as an associate to the Hon. Justice Sloss at the Supreme Court of Victoria. Chris also worked at Heinz & Partners, Ballarat.
Sophie Kearney practises primarily in commercial law and public law. Prior to joining the Bar, Sophie was a solicitor in Arnold Bloch Leibler's litigation team. At ABL, Sophie's work involved large, complex litigation in the Federal and Supreme Courts, including insolvency, trusts and contractual disputes as well as class actions. She was also involved in regulatory enforcement actions, including in relation to financial services.
Lara O'Rorke is a commercial law barrister with significant experience in general commercial litigation. Prior to joining the Bar, Lara was a Senior Associate at Arnold Bloch Leibler, and a solicitor at Clayton Utz. As a solicitor, Lara has experience advising and acting for companies and individuals in a wide variety of commercial and civil law disputes involving interlocutory hearings, final hearings, appeals, arbitrations and mediations.
James Page practises primarily in commercial, regulatory and public law. Prior to joining the Bar, James was a Senior Associate within the disputes practice of Herbert Smith Freehills. At HSF, James specialised in complex class actions, commercial disputes and regulatory matters.
Lisette Stevens practises in commercial, regulatory and public law. Before coming to the Bar, Lisette was a solicitor at Allens and a solicitor in the Public Law and Planning branch of the Victorian Government Solicitor’s Office. In 2018, Lisette was Associate to the Honourable Justice O’Callaghan of the Federal Court of Australia.
