The members of List G Barristers warmly welcome our new readers Cameron Inglis, Erin Richardson, Emma Della Posta, Alexandra Theile, Greta Marks, Hugo Shaw and Alister Merry. We know they will excel in their chosen careers as barristers at the Victorian Bar. We also extend our congratulations to all the new readers who graduated from the course today in their respective areas of law.

Cameron Inglis

Cameron Inglis joins us from Corrs Chambers Westgarth where he was a Senior Associate in the projects disputes and arbitration team. Prior to that, he served as an associate to the Hon Justice Stynes in the Technology, Engineering and Construction List of the Victorian Supreme Court. At the Victorian Bar, Cameron will practise in all areas of commercial and public law, with a particular specialty in construction disputes.

Erin Richardson

Erin Richardson joins us most recently from Mallesons where she was a Senior Associate specialising in employment, industrial and anti-discrimination matters, primarily for employers. Prior to that she was a Senior Associate in the Employment and Labour team at Corrs Chambers Westgarth. Erin commenced her legal career at the Victorian Government Solicitor’s Office. At the Victorian Bar, Erin will be practising in all areas of employment, industrial relations, and anti-discrimination law, as well as Royal Commissions and public inquiries, and employment class actions.

Emma Della Posta

Emma Della Posta joins us from Allens where she acted for clients in contractual disputes, class actions, tort litigation, regulatory investigations, civil penalty proceedings, and public commissions and inquiries. At the Victorian Bar, Emma will be practising in commercial and public law.

Alexandra Theile

Alexandra Theile joins us most recently from Human Rights Team (Public Law branch) at the Victorian Government Solicitor’s Office where she advised on administrative and public law matters, statutory interpretation and human rights law. Prior to that she was an Associate in the Disputes and Investigations team at Allens and an Associate to the Hon Justice McEvoy at the Federal Court of Australia. At the Victorian Bar, Alexandra will be practising broadly in commercial, regulatory and public law.

Greta Marks

Greta Marks joins us most recently from the Labour, Employment and Workplace Safety team at K&L Gates where she specialised in employment, industrial, discrimination and safety matters. She also has significant experience in restraint of trade, confidential information and complex disciplinary matters conducting workplace investigations. At the Victorian Bar, Greta will be practising in all areas of employment, industrial relations, discrimination and public law.

Hugo Shaw

Hugo Shaw joins us most recently from Pinsent Masons where he was a Senior Associate specialising in construction disputes. Prior to that he was an Associate in the international arbitration team at King & Spalding in London. Alister Merry

Alister Merry joins us having most recently been an Associate to the Honourable Justice Elliott at the Supreme Court of Victoria.
