Caitlin O'Neil
Caitlin practises in public and commercial law. Caitlin comes to the Bar with broad litigation experience. She has acted for government, corporate and individual clients in judicial review, criminal and commercial proceedings. Prior to coming to the bar, Caitlin was a Senior Lawyer at the Australian Government Solicitor where she acted in complex and sensitive matters at all levels of the judicial hierarchy.
Caitlin is reading with Kate Burke and her senior mentor is Kathleen Foley SC.
Bianca Sacco
Bianca has experience in commercial litigation and arbitrations. She has a particular interest in building and construction disputes. She has acted for companies and government entities. She also has experience in regulatory investigations and contract disputes. Prior to joining the Bar, Bianca was a Senior Associate at Allens where she advised clients on large, complex construction disputes including disputes relating to delay, latent conditions and defects.
Bianca is reading with Eloise Dias. Her senior mentor is Nicholas Pane KC.
Robert Marsh
Rob has broad experience in commercial law. This includes specific experience in class actions, contract, insurance law, consumer and competition law, corporations law, revenue law, insolvency, and real property. Before coming to the Bar, Rob was a Senior Associate in Allens’ commercial disputes team. He was previously an associate to the Hon. Chief Justice Anne Ferguson and a trial division researcher at the Supreme Court of Victoria.
Rob is reading with Helen Tiplady. His senior mentor is Kathleen Foley SC.
