    Bianca Sacco practises in general commercial law, property law, contract disputes, and construction and building disputes. 

    Bianca has experience in commercial litigation, arbitration and regulatory investigations.

    Prior to joining the Bar, Bianca was a Senior Associate at Allens where she advised clients on large, complex construction disputes including disputes relating to delay, latent conditions and defects. She acted for private companies and government entities.

    Bianca has also advised a broad range of clients on whistleblower laws, including with respect to whistleblower protections, whistleblower programs and policies and internal investigations of whistleblower reports.

    Bianca was an Associate to the Honourable Justice Lyons at the Supreme Court of Victoria.

    Bianca was educated at Monash University (Juris Doctor, Bachelor of Arts).

    Bianca is reading with Eloise Dias. Her senior mentor is Nicholas Pane KC.
