Rachel Doyle SC is a leading trial and appellate advocate with a broad practice. Rachel is a specialist in industrial and employment law and has significant experience in class actions, Royal Commissions and inquests.

Paul O’Grady QC has a broad employment and industrial law practice. He has practised in the areas of employment and industrial relations law, discrimination and equal opportunity law, administrative law and occupational health and safety law. 

Junior Counsel

Simone Bingham has particular expertise in employment contract claims including breaches of restraints and confidentiality, sexual harassment, unfair and unlawful dismissals, discrimination and workplace bullying.

Rebecca Nelson has specialist knowledge in employment and discrimination matters. She is regularly instructed on employment and discrimination law matters, primarily by employers, in the Federal Court.

Joel Fetter practises principally in employment and industrial law and administrative law. Before coming to the Bar he worked as a solicitor at Minter Ellison, as associate to Black CJ of the Federal Court of Australia, as head of the legal and policy unit at the ACTU, and as an ILO consultant. 

Andrew Pollock has a commercial, employment and industrial practice covering litigious, advisory and strategic matters. He specialises in enterprise bargaining and related disputes, strategic issues arising from major restructures and individual employee disputes.
