Malcolm Harding practises mainly in employment and industrial law and anti-discrimination law

Malcolm regularly appears in the Federal and Victorian courts in trials and appeals, as well as in the Fair Work Commission. He has also appeared as counsel in the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal; and interstate in the Western Australian and the South Australian industrial commissions. 

Before joining the Bar, Malcolm was a solicitor and the National Legal Officer of a trade union. In 2007 and 2008 he took a leave of absence from the Bar to work as a senior adviser in the Victorian Government’s then industrial relations policy unit, Industrial Relations Victoria.
