Jarrod Corbett practises in commercial law and has extensive experience in complex commercial disputes and litigation. Before joining the Bar, Jarrod was a Senior Associate in the commercial litigation team at Herbert Smith Freehills. He regularly advised large corporates in the telecommunications, financial services, energy, mining, health and consumer goods sectors.
David Foster practises primarily in commercial and public law. Before coming to the Bar, David was an associate to the Hon Justice Hayne AC and senior associate to the Hon Justice Gordon at the High Court of Australia. He also worked as a solicitor at King & Wood Mallesons, where he gained experience in commercial and tax disputes.
Alex James-Martin practises in commercial and public law. Before coming to the Bar, Alex was a solicitor in Herbert Smith Freehills’ disputes team for over 4 years, and a senior solicitor in the Victorian Government Solicitor’s Office’s Public Law & Planning branch. Alex’s commercial litigation experience involved large, complex litigation in the Federal and Supreme Courts. It included banking, tax, and insolvency disputes as well as class actions.
