Jarrod specialises in complex commercial disputes and litigation

Jarrod generally appears in commercial matters in the Supreme Court of Victoria, the Federal Court of Australia and the County Court of Victoria. He has also represented clients in class actions, arbitrations, tribunals and commissions of inquiry.

Jarrod is also a nationally accredited mediator.

Before joining the Bar, Jarrod was a senior associate in the commercial litigation team at Herbert Smith Freehills, where he advised and acted in some of Australia’s largest commercial cases.
