Panagiota has experience in insolvency, corporations law, contractual and trusts disputes, financial regulatory matters, building and construction matters and Royal Commissions. She has experience acting in complex commercial disputes and has acted for banks, corporations, liquidators and individuals.
Prior to joining the Bar, Panagiota was an Associate to the Honourable Justice Delany, Principal Judge of the Commercial Court in the Supreme Court of Victoria.
Panagiota was also a solicitor at Ashurst's Restructuring and Insolvency team.
Panagiota has a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctor, both from the University of Melbourne.
Panagiota read with Carrie Rome-Sievers and her senior mentor is Dr Oren Bigos KC.
