Jessica has specialist expertise in competition and consumer law, energy law, regulatory investigations, civil penalty proceedings, and access regulation. She also has experience in commercial arbitration, contract disputes, royal commissions, judicial review proceedings, and white-collar crime.
Before coming to the Bar, Jessica practised as a solicitor in the competition and commercial litigation teams at Ashurst.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland, where she received multiple awards for academic achievement. Jessica also completed a Master of Laws (First Class Honours) from the University of Melbourne.
Jessica is reading with Andrew Barraclough and her senior mentor is Penny Neskovcin KC.
