Jacob Waller practises in commercial and public law.

Jacob has particular experience in class actions, competition and consumer law, regulatory proceedings, judicial review and contract disputes. He also has experience in complex criminal matters involving serious contraventions of competition laws.

Before coming to the Bar, Jacob practised as a solicitor at Allens in commercial litigation.

Jacob holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University, where he was awarded numerous academic prizes. He also completed a Bachelor of Civil Law (Distinction) from the University of Oxford.

Jacob is reading with Paul Liondas. His senior mentors are Rowena Orr KC and Nicholas De Young KC.
