The members of List G Barristers warmly congratulate Richard J Harris SC on his appointment as Senior Counsel by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Victoria on 18 October 2023.
Richard practises principally in commercial law and has particular experience in complex contractual disputes (litigation and arbitration), trade practices and corporations related matters. Richard regularly appears in State and Federal Courts at trial and appellate levels.
