The members of List G Barristers warmly congratulate Luke Merrick SC on his appointment as Senior Counsel by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Victoria on 18 October 2023.
Luke practises in commercial law, with a particular focus on competition and consumer law, energy regulation and intellectual property. Luke regularly appears in State and Federal Courts at trial and appellate levels.
