Andrew Crocker practises in employment, industrial relations and workplace health and safety. Before coming to the Bar, Andrew was a Special Counsel in HWL Ebsworth’s Workplace Relations and Safety team. Andrew regularly acted for clients in a range of industries including financial services, insurance, energy and resources, healthcare and the public sector.
Edwina Smith practises primarily in public and commercial law. Before coming to the bar, Edwina was a solicitor for over ten years with the Victorian Government Solicitor’s Office (VGSO) and Mallesons Stephen Jaques (now King & Wood Mallesons). Most recently, she was Managing Principal Solicitor of the Constitutional and Advice team at VGSO. Edwina has extensive experience conducting State-significant litigation and advising about complex issues of public law.
Laura Mills practises principally in commercial and public law. Before coming to the Bar, Laura was the Senior Associate to the Honourable Justice Kennedy at the Supreme Court of Victoria. She previously practised as a solicitor at Clayton Utz where she gained experience in commercial litigation.
