The ICC Commission comprises of members from more than 90 countries, including practising lawyers, arbitrators, mediation, in-house counsel, and law professors. Its role is to produce reports and guidelines on legal, procedural and practical aspects of dispute resolution, draft and revise the ICC rules for dispute resolution and provide policy advice.
