List G Barristers is proud to introduce two of the Victorian Bar's newest members - Jillian Williams and Leigh Howard. We warmly welcome them to the List G Barristers tradition of professional excellence and expertise in commercial and public law advocacy, strategy and advice.
Jillian Williams
Jillian Williams practises in commercial, public and regulatory law. Before coming to the Bar, Jillian was a Senior Associate at Allens in their commercial litigation team. She acted in a broad range of matters including class actions, large scale regulatory investigations, tax and complex commercial disputes, for ASX listed and multinational companies. Prior to this, Jillian was an Associate at Norton Rose Fulbright, working in commercial and insurance litigation, including work on the Black Saturday Kilmore and Murrindindi Class Action at the Victorian Supreme Court.
Leigh Howard
Leigh Howard practises in industrial relations and public law. He has extensive experience in collective industrial disputes, judicial review, regulatory enforcement and litigation, breach of contract, the Australian Consumer Law, disciplinary disputes, discrimination and human rights. He has acted for both private and public sector clients across a broad range of industries. Prior to coming to the Bar, Leigh was a Senior Associate at Clayton Utz and a Judge’s Associate.
