List G Barristers is proud to introduce three of the Victorian Bar’s newest members who signed the Bar Roll on 22 October 2015. We warmly welcome Chris Fenwick, Min Guo and Andrew Pollock to the List G Barristers tradition of professional excellence and expertise in commercial and public law advocacy, strategy and advice.

Chris Fenwick practices in corporate and commercial law. His experience includes 6 years in the Insolvency team at Ashurst Australia and 10 years in the Commercial Disputes team at Hall & Wilcox, conducting corporations and insolvency law matters; and general commercial disputes concerning banking & finance law, contractual, equitable, property, construction and trade practices claims.

Min Guo practises mainly in commercial and public law.  He takes briefs in most matters falling in these broad areas, but does have some special interests.  In his commercial work, these are corporations, trade practices and class actions.  In his public law work, these are human rights, administrative law and migration.

Andrew Pollock has a national commercial practice covering litigious, advisory and strategic matters with a primary focus on industrial relations and employment related areas. Andrew has also practised in media and entertainment law, with a focus on intellectual property and defamation issues arising in the music and screen industries.
