Peter Jopling was awarded a Member in the General Division of the Order of Australia (AM) for significant service to the law in Victoria, and to the community.
Peter has an extensive commercial law practice in the State Supreme and Federal Courts and has appeared in long and complex matters both at first instance and appellate level. Peter advises on substantial commercial matters in areas including trade practices law, company law, securities law, intellectual property, insurance, equity and trusts, industrial law and professional negligence. Peter is also a certified arbitrator and accredited mediator.
