Garry Fitzgerald practises primarily in intellectual property, trade practices, contractual and commercial disputes. Garry appears in the trial and appellate divisions of the Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Victoria, as well as other courts and tribunals (including the Patents and Trade Marks Office).
Jeremy Slattery is a commercial barrister with experience in a broad range of commercial matters including contractual disputes, trade practices disputes, intellectual property disputes, environmental litigation, breach of confidence claims, professional negligence, defamation and corporations law issues.
