Before joining the Bar, Malcolm was a solicitor and the National Legal Officer of a trade union and a senior adviser in the Victorian Government’s industrial policy unit, Industrial Relations Victoria. He regularly appears in the Federal and Victorian courts in trials and appeals, as well as Fair Work Australia and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal. He has also appeared as counsel in the Western Australian and South Australian industrial commissions.
