List G Barristers is proud to introduce three of the Victorian Bar’s newest members who signed the Bar Roll on 25 October this year. We warmly welcome them to the List G Barristers tradition of professional excellence and expertise in commercial and public law advocacy, strategy and advice.

Jennifer Collins

Jennifer has broad experience in a diverse range of commercial litigation matters.

Prior to joining the Bar, Jennifer was a Senior Associate in the Litigation Group at a large national law firm where her practice had a commercial property focus. Jennifer has acted in a diverse range of commercial litigation matters, including general contractual disputes, company receivership, administration and liquidation matters, proceedings concerning the administration of trusts, taxation disputes, gas price arbitrations and subpoena disputes.

Andrew Di Pasquale

Andrew gained extensive commercial litigation experience while practising at leading national and international law firms.

During his time as a solicitor, Andrew worked on large scale infrastructure projects, in both transactional and litigious capacities. Andrew also gained experience working as in-house counsel in a large company, where he gained significant experience in general commercial law and assisted with the development of iron ore infrastructure.

Richard Scheelings

Richard has a broad commercial practice, with a particular focus on competition law.

Prior to joining the Bar, Richard established and managed his own consulting firm in Melbourne. Before this he held several positions as an economist and worked as Special Counsel at a large national law firm, during which time he led teams working on mergers, cartels, general competition law matters and international taxation litigation.
