List G Barristers welcomes Frances Gordon back to the Victorian Bar

Frances Gordon has returned to the Victorian Bar following a leave of absence during which time she undertook a Bachelor of Civil Law at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom. During her time at Oxford, Frances was awarded the H L A Hart Prize for receiving the top result in Jurisprudence and Political Theory.

Frances has a broad commercial and public law practice, and has appeared in a range of courts and tribunals, including the High Court, the Federal Court, and the Victorian and New South Wales Supreme Courts.

Frances’s commercial law experience includes matters involving contract, equity and trusts, corporations, superannuation, energy and resources, and competition and consumer law.

Frances’s public law experience includes matters involving constitutional law, administrative law and the Victorian Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities.
