Harry Forrester LLB (Hons)(Cardiff)

Harry is an experienced Commercial and Tax lawyer having worked at a leading national law firm and as Associate to Justice Ryan and Justice Murphy in the Federal Court of Australia. Harry’s areas of practice include Commercial Law, Corporations and Securities, Equity and Trusts, Bankruptcy and Insolvency, Insurance, Trade Practices and Taxation. Harry is currently completing his Masters of Law at the University of Melbourne.


Sam Gifford BA LLB (Hons)(Melb)

Sam brings significant commercial litigation experience to a practice which includes Commercial Law, Bankruptcy and Insolvency, Corporations and Securities, Directors Duties, Insurance and Insider trading and Market Manipulation.  He has worked in leading law firms in Melbourne, Sydney and New York, at the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions and as Associate to the Honourable Justice Sundberg of the Federal Court of Australia. Sam is currently completing his Masters of Law at the University of Sydney.


Catherine Pierce BA LLB (Hons)(Melb)

In practice since 2004 after completing articles with a leading Melbourne law firm, Catherine’s expertise and areas of interest include Commercial Litigation, Corporate and Insolvency advice and Finance and Corporate Reconstructions. Catherine speaks fluent French and Mandarin Chinese and has applied these skills extensively while acting for foreign clients in both Australia and Hong Kong.


Daniel Robinson BA LLB (Hons)(ANU)

Since graduating in 2008, Daniel has been employed at the Supreme Court of Victoria as a researcher to the judges of the Trial Division and Senior Associate to the Honourable Justice Emerton.  Daniel has a particular interest in public law and intends to focus on Administrative Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Commercial Litigation and Planning and Environmental Law. Daniel is also available to discuss pro bono and public interest law matters.
