Tomaso Di Lallo has an extensive commercial law practice in the Supreme and Federal Courts

He has been retained in numerous long and complex proceedings in areas including banking and finance, contract law, corporations and securities law, equity, property law, professional negligence, trade practices and trusts. Tomaso also regularly advises in each of the areas in which he practises.  Prior to coming to the Bar he completed Articles at Arthur Robinson and Hedderwicks, and was an Associate to Justice Smithers of the Federal Court of Australia. He also worked as a solicitor at Madden Butler Elder & Graham from 1986 to 1987.
