Stephanie is a specialist in industrial relations, employment and equal opportunity law.

Before joining the Victorian Bar, Stephanie spent over a decade as a solicitor specialising in these areas of law.

Most recently, Stephanie was a Senior Associate in the Human Resources and Industrial Relations team at MinterEllison. Prior to this, Stephanie worked in the Employment, Safety and People team at Maddocks.

Stephanie has a strategic and commercial approach, informed by her in-house experience on secondments while practising as a solicitor.

Stephanie read with Brendan Avallone. Her senior mentor was Marc Felman KC.
