Sarala Fitzgerald appears in administrative, employment and commercial law matters

Sarala is Human Rights Advisor to the Victorian Government's Scrutiny of Acts and Regulations Committee and holds a Masters degree in Public and International Law from the University of Melbourne. 

Before coming to the Bar, Sarala spent five years conducting litigation under the Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities and the Equal Opportunity Act at the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission. 

Prior to that Sarala spent six years at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. She began her legal career at Phillips Fox (now DLA Piper).
