Rebecca's primary practice areas are public law, general commercial law, competition and consumer law, and environmental law

She has appeared led in the High Court, Supreme Court, the Land and Environment Court, the Court of Appeal, the Court of Criminal Appeal and the Family Court, and unled in the Local Court, the District Court, and the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

Rebecca's background combines strong academic qualifications and a diverse experience of Australia's courts, which includes time as an Associate in the High Court (to the Hon. Justice Bell), and the Federal Court of Australia (to the Hon. Justice Farrell) as well as a Tipstaff in the Supreme Court of NSW and Court of Appeal (to the Hon. Justices Beazley and Sackar).

She completed a Bachelor of Civil Law (Distinction) at Oxford, a Master of Laws at the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Adelaide.
