Nina Moncrief has experience in a wide range of areas including general commercial disputes, corporations matters, competition and trade practices, large construction disputes, professional negligence and product liability. 

Nina has a particular interest in regulatory matters, having acted for and against the ACCC and ASIC in proceedings involving anti-competitive arrangements (including cartels), pyramid selling schemes,  managed investment funds and non-disclosures cases involving listed companies. 

Nina has also acted for the Australian Energy Regulator in proceedings before the Australian Competition Tribunal. Nina also has experience with Royal Commissions, having appeared at the Royal Commission into Trade Union Governance and Corruption.
