Nina practises in commercial and regulatory law. She has particular experience in corporations matters, complex construction disputes, competition / trade practices, professional negligence and product liability.
Nina has acted for and against the ACCC and ASIC in proceedings involving breaches of the directors' duties, financial services provisions, continuous disclosure cases, defective PDS cases, anti-competitive arrangements (including cartels) and managed investment schemes.
Nina has recent experience with Royal Commissions, having prepared evidence for an industry superannuation fund for the Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry. She has also prepared evidence and appeared for a union employee at the Royal Commission into Trade Union Governance and Corruption.
