Morgana Brady practises in commercial and public law and also accepts briefs to appear before international arbitration tribunals.

Prior to coming to the bar, Morgana was a senior associate at Allens and Baker McKenzie (Hong Kong).  She was also an associate to the Honourable Justice Chernov in the Victorian Court of Appeal.  

As a solicitor, Morgana has represented clients in a wide variety of complex commercial and regulatory disputes, including insurance and re-insurance disputes, high-profile tort litigation, cross-border contractual and banking disputes and international arbitrations.  

Morgana is admitted to practice in Victoria, England & Wales and Hong Kong. 

Morgana holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from La Trobe University, where she won the Dean’s Medal in Law for most outstanding law graduate.  She also holds a Bachelor of Arts.

Morgana read with Elizabeth Bennett.  Her senior mentor is Michael Rush QC.
