Morgana Brady practises in commercial and public law and also accepts briefs to appear before international arbitration tribunals

Prior to coming to the bar, Morgana was a senior associate at Allens and Baker McKenzie (Hong Kong).  She was also an associate to the Honourable Justice Chernov in the Victorian Court of Appeal.  

As a solicitor, Morgana has represented clients in a wide variety of complex commercial and regulatory disputes, including insurance and re-insurance disputes, high-profile tort litigation, cross-border contractual and banking disputes and international arbitrations.  

Morgana is admitted to practice in Victoria, England & Wales and Hong Kong and accepts briefs to advise and appear in each of these jurisdictions.

Morgana holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from La Trobe University, where she won the Dean’s Medal in Law for most outstanding law graduate.  She also holds a Bachelor of Arts.

Morgana is reading with Elizabeth Bennett.  Her senior mentor is Michael Rush QC.

Morgana signs the Victorian Bar Roll on 24 October 2019 and will be available to accept briefs from this date.
