Jarrad Mathie practises in commercial, regulatory and public law.

Jarrad has particular experience in regulatory matters concerning financial services and consumer credit, having acted for the regulator, licensees and individuals in relation to civil penalty proceedings, investigations (including examinations), and administrative decisions.

Before to coming to the Bar, Jarrad was a senior associate at Clayton Utz where he worked on a broad range of commercial disputes across industries and sectors including telecommunications, healthcare, waste management and recycling, construction, forestry, tertiary education and retail.

Jarrad read with Damien McAloon SC and his senior mentor is Paul Liondas KC.
