Gabi Crafti SC is a senior barrister specialising in large-scale complex commercial litigation. Her practice spans disputes involving insurance, major infrastructure projects, shareholders and directors, financial regulation and superannuation, equity, property and professional negligence.
She is an experienced trial and appellate advocate and has acted in a wide range of matters including class actions, commercial arbitrations, Royal Commissions and judicial advice applications (as court-appointed amicus). She is currently briefed in the Royal Commission on Antisemitism and Social Cohesion.
Her expertise is consistently recognised in leading industry guides for commercial litigation, insurance law and construction law.
Gabi is the Chair of the Insurance Law Section of the Commercial Bar Association. In July 2025 she was appointed as a director of the Victorian Legal Services Board.
