Bolitho v Banksia Securities Limited [2021] VSC 666 (the infamous case regarding approval of class action settlements and the Civil Procedure Act).

ASIC matters: Angel represents clients facing administrative sanction by ASIC in all areas, including under the AFCA regime, in relation to financial services licences, and other areas. Angel also represents clients facing court proceedings.
