Andrew is an experienced trial and appellate silk with particular expertise in commercial and civil law. He has appeared in the High Court and subordinate jurisdictions, international arbitrations, royal commissions and inquiries.
He is currently senior counsel assisting the Commission of Inquiry into the CFMEU and Misconduct in the construction industry appointed by the Queensland Government, and he represented the Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister for Defence, and the Minister for Veterans Affairs and Defence Personnel in the Royal Commission into Defence and Veteran Suicide.
