Andrew Cameron has a broad national commercial and public law practice

Andrew is frequently briefed in large, complex and sensitive commercial and public law matters across a range of jurisdictions.  He has acted for high profile individuals, publicly listed and private companies, Government instrumentalities and Ministers of the Crown.

He acted for Pankaj Oswal in his dispute with the ANZ as well as appearing at IBAC’s Operation Dunham public examination and in the Victorian and South Australian Supreme Courts in relation to a number of managed investment scheme disputes.   

Andrew has been ranked in Doyle’s Guide to Leading Commercial Litigation & Disputes Barristers, Melbourne 2015 - 2017.  He was also ranked in Doyle’s Guide to Leading Insolvency & Restructuring Barristers, Melbourne 2017.

Andrew graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Master of Laws. He completed his articles and practised as a lawyer at Minter Ellison.  He is also a former partner of Gadens.  

He read with Wendy Harris QC and David Batt QC.
