His practice comprises complex matters involving administrative law, arbitrations, corporations law, class actions, contract, equity & trusts, valuation and real property, commercial crime, royal commissions and inquiries.
Andrew is retained by a range of entities and individuals, including multinational companies, ASX listed companies, company directors, litigation funders, Commonwealth and State Ministers, Government departments and regulators.
He appears regularly in trials and appeals in the Superior Courts, as well as various tribunals and integrity commissions.
Andrew has been recognised in The Legal 500, Best Lawyers in Australia (Litigation, Real Property Law and Regulatory Practice) and Doyle’s Guide to Leading Commercial Litigation & Disputes Barristers.
